These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of twily.store and to every purchase you make from us. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Our products
We sell digital wellness eBooks in PDF format. We describe each eBook as accurately as we can, including its format, page count and contents. Cover images and preview pages are for illustration. No physical product is shipped.
To use our eBooks, you need a device and software that can open PDF files, such as a phone, tablet or computer with a free PDF reader.
3. Who can buy
You must be 18 or over to buy from twily.store. Our eBooks are sold for personal use by consumers.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on each product page and in the currency displayed at checkout. Any tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken in full when you place your order, using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
We take care to make sure prices are correct. If we discover an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Your order
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Our contract with you is formed when your payment is confirmed and your order is completed. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or misuse; if we do, we will refund any payment in full.
You do not need an account to buy from us. You check out with your name and email address, and your order details are sent to that email address, so please make sure it is correct.
6. Delivery of your eBooks
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your eBook is available to download from the order confirmation page and from the link in your order confirmation email. If you have any trouble downloading your eBook, contact us with your order number and we will help.
Please download and save your eBook to your device. Download links are personal to you and should not be shared.
7. Right to cancel
At checkout, you agree to receive immediate access to your eBook and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download starts. Before you start downloading, you can still cancel within 14 days. Full details, including what happens if a file is faulty, are in our Refund Policy.
8. Licence to use
When you buy an eBook, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, read and print it for your own personal, non-commercial use. All content, including text, recipes, plans, trackers, images and design, remains the property of Twily LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright.
9. What you must not do
- Share, upload, resell, lend, give away or distribute the eBook files or their contents, including in group chats, file-sharing sites or social media.
- Remove copyright notices or claim the content as your own.
- Use the content for commercial purposes, client programmes, classes or training materials without our written permission.
- Try to bypass download protections or access files you have not bought.
If you break these rules, we may cancel your download access without a refund, and we may take further action to protect our work.
10. Health information
Our eBooks and articles provide general educational wellness information only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for advice from a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional. Please read our Health Disclaimer before using our content.
11. Using our website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not try to interfere with the website, its security or other users. We work to keep the website available and secure, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free from errors.
12. Our liability to you
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our eBooks are for personal use only.
If digital content we supply damages a device or other digital content belonging to you, and this is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We use your personal information only as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
15. Complaints
If you have a problem, please contact us first at contact@twily.store. We aim to reply within 2 working days and to resolve problems quickly and fairly.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live outside the UK, you keep any mandatory consumer protections given to you by the law of the country where you live.
